Job description

As an IKAM you are required to have outstanding sales skills, interpersonal skills and an interest in the international automotive, fleet or mobility area. 

You will be driving business development and sales internationally, by finding new customers in the domain of international corporate mobility.

Next to the challenge of seeking new customers you will also be in charge of the follow-up and renewal of existing contracts with our existing customers. You will establish strong relationships with the Headquarters of  lease companies, car manufacturers, insurance companies, mobility suppliers...   

You’ll be attending international networking events and relevant tradeshows.

Preparing commercial presentations and offers will be part of your daily tasks in order to achieve your targets.

You will be working within a team of IKAM’s and reporting to the Sales Director.  You’ll work coherently with different departments, including the marketing and editorial team.


A hunter profile comfortable with targets and keen on challenges.

You are a dynamic and assertive person, comfortable with face to face client interactions and you’re able to listen/comprehend your customers. Ability to comprehend complex businesses and create arguments/proposals in line with the customer needs. You like to argue and defend your project(s) in order to achieve your goal(s).  Negotiation skills are beneficial.

You’re able to manage different projects in parallel, setting the right priorities and organising your time management.

You are a team player, but you can work independently and you are proactive. 

Ideally you’re based in Belgium and you have the ability to have regular short trips abroad.

Expertise / competencies

Minimum bachelor degree.

2-4 years of sales experience are mandatory.

English speaking. Beneficial if mastering French, Dutch or German.

Experience within Automotive, Fleet, Mobility, Media or Digital, are beneficial.

Skills: Relationship management, presentations and commercial proposal writing are beneficial.

Financial package

An interesting base salary plus commission and extra benefits, in function of contract type.
